Francis Legal Troubles Mounting

Ashley Dupree Peace Joe Francis, the founder of 'Girls Gone Wild may have built himself an empire through his creation, but his legal troubles are starting to mount. On Monday, a lawsuit was filed in Miami by none other than former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's call girl, Ashley Dupre.
Dupre is suing Francis claiming that he illegally has used her name and her images to promote his series, without her consent. She is suing him for $10 million.

Her lawyer is contending that she "did not understand the magnitute of her actions, nor that her image and likeness would be displayed in videos and DVD's."
Francis will add this to the growing list of legal battles he must endure. He is currently dealing with civil suits by other underage models, and also with IRS audits that have already landed him in jail.
